Day 809 post 3 Critters in the Backyard.

A little note about the top picture. I was photographing water drops when I noticed this creature swinging frantically from and old spider web. It was fighting the good fight to free itself. So I took the opportunity to photograph it while it was sort of trapped. However the web it was attached to was long and the creature was swinging wildly about, so it was next to impossible to get a good shot. After I took three pics, I grabbed a twig and broke the spider web. The creature flew haphazardly away and into my hair, so I jumped frantically about trying to make sure it was no where near me. No good deed goes unpunished.

Day 809 Water Droplets

I was home today so I turned the hose on my backyard. I love water drops.

Day 808 post 2 Disney

So this picture was posted before, but I think I didn't work it correctly in photoshop. I made it too dark, I think. Here I just clicked the auto in levels and I think it looks much better.

Day 808 Wayne and Disney

I was looking for a new desk top picture and perusing through old pictures and pulled quite a few out of I-Photo. I took this picture years ago just for this blog. I don't believe I posted it. I didn't like it I believe, maybe I though Wayne's face was to dark. But today I LOVE it. Funny how time changes opinions. I've always said this blog would look completely different if someone else were editing.

Day 807 post 6 Sunrise over a Tractor

I loved the sunlight through the structure, but I moved a few steps to the left to get the tractor too.

Day 807 post 5

If you look at the previous post of a strong sunrise, turn around, and this is what I saw.

Day 807 post 4 Strong Sunrise

Day 807 post 3

This picture had the deepest beautiful blues and some moist greens but I felt the need to turn it into a black and white image. Something about old barns. You've seen this barn a few times on this blog.

Day 807 post 2

I was taken with the strength of the sunrise over this canal so I had to turn around to get a picture of it. Then when I turned back around I loved the soft scene from the same sunrise.

Day 806 Clouds Over Crows Landing Road

Driving to work I thought how beautiful the clouds looked, so I snapped a picture with my I-Phone 6. I did get other pictures that really showcased the awesomeness of the clouds, but I love the juxtaposition of the walking sign over the crosswalk. It's what I call a happy accident.

Day 804 post 2 Critters

More from the back yard. Tiny life.

Day 804 Bee or Bees

I was stuck at home today due to poor health, when out of boredom I decided to go into the back yard  with my macro lens. I have always wanted to get a good photograph of a bee. These are not it. But they are ok. There was only one bee, but then another showed up, so who knows if this is one bee or two different bees.
