My favorite subject, Fred in the sprinkler. I was taking Fred's picture when he left both the sprinkler and the ball, Smoky not wasting a second, ran in to lay claim to the ball. So I have his picture too!

Day 636 Sunflower and Praying Mantis

I was playing with my dogs out back and took a look at one of the sunflowers I planted earlier this summer, when I noticed a baby praying mantis sitting on the head of one of them. Of course I had to take it's picture, but the lighting conditions were horrendous! I took a picture also of one of the smaller sunflowers just to get a good look at it. I am surprised to find out that all the ruffly stuff I never really paid attention to, were tiny little flowers in the shape of a five point stars. How cool is that! a hundred tiny flowers in the head of one big flower. I can't wait until the head of the largest sunflower is ready to seed so I can bring it inside to photograph with lights.

I bought great stuff today at a farmers market to photograph, but once I got home I decided to photograph Disney. My favorite portrait of him so far.

Day 633 Arlene and her Cats

Last Sunday I went, for the first time in about two years, for a Sunday morning peregrination photographic exploration. I once again spent time with Arlene and upon coming home told my husband about her and her new litter of kittens. He was up set that they were starving and bought a tray of cat food. We delivered it this morning and I snapped a few pictures while we were there.

Day 632 Chloe

I am trying to start this blog up again. The intent was to photograph one picture a day no matter how bad, and so far I haven't done that. This would be my third day back on if I am going to do this so I didn't want to not post a picture. Today has been so busy I am just now getting a chance to relax. So a picture of one of our cats Chloe.

Wayne has been bugging me about taking updated pictures of our spoiled puppy. So I took these while Smoky was waiting for the ball to be thrown, in the house. I did say spoiled.
