day 4 blog purpose

The purpose of this blog is to challenge myself as a photographer. These are not the kind of pictures I want to show on this blog. I have decided however to leave these pictures up. As proof of the condition of this horse and his lack of care. I cannot believe that animal control says this horse is being cared for and that he is on pasture. Since when are fox tails considered pasture?

  2. I did, they won't do anything. They say they have run a lot of horse stories lately. They gave me rescue contacts. Nor Cal Equine is going to try and get him relinquished to them. No one knows where the owner is. Nor Cal said they would do what ever they can. I am going to bring him more food in the morning. and hang around hoping to talk to animal control. See if they can get the horse and hand it to Nor Cal Equine.

  3. Mustangboy - What the hell IS that they consider food????? I feel bad for the flake of mostly brownish grass hay I feed my fat (founder prone) very small Shetland pony 2x a day ALONG WITH 1/2 flake of nice green, sweet smelling grass hay. And boy, that "horrible" hay I feel bad about is about 100x better than whatever that weird shit is they are giving this poor guy. I don't get it, how can people be so clueless (cruel?)!
